What is Food for the Soul?
A 6-week self-paced online course designed to nourish your body and spirit through the power of whole foods and faith-based education.

Who is this program for?
Food for the Soul is for men and women seeking a holistic, faith-based approach to health. It’s ideal for those ready to move beyond quick fixes, align their wellness with God’s design, and partner with Him on the journey to healing.

How long will the course last?
The course will last for six weeks —Modules will be released weekly to ease your transition.

Do I need any special materials for the course?
Specific supplements will be recommended to support your journey at an additional cost. A journal for tracking progress and spiritual insights is optional.

How much time should I expect to spend each week?
Plan to spend about 35-40 minutes per week reviewing the weekly core lessons. This does not include your personal, optional study time with the provided materials. Additional time will be needed for grocery shopping and meal planning (if applicable).

WIil I have access to personalized support?
Yes! You can attend one of our live Zoom Q&A sessions held every Tuesday from 7pm-8pm EST. You may also get your questions answered via the group community.

What happens after the six weeks are over?
You’ll leave with a strong foundation in faith-based nutrition and a deeper understanding of God’s design for wellness. You’ll also have access to the course and group support for one year to help you stay on track.
